Training yourself and your horses!
isabel wants to throw the attention on the importance of having a good basic condition yourself as a rider. We aspect a lot from our horses, but what do we do ourselves?? Isabel believes that having a good basic condition and doing excercises, helps you during riding. You are fitter and stronger what has a positive effect on your aids! You also learn about the reaction you get in your muscles after training, so you can better understand what a training does with your horse. Since she started with powertraining, Isabel understands better the 'bad days' of her horses and knows how painful musclepain can be. You will understand your horse a lot better and learn more about their boundaries!
After working out in the gym, Isabel went for a training at Patrik Kittel. Cheatodon and Constand learned a lot and did a super job!
